- Automatic Affiliate Enrollment:
To join the QiEnergy.ai Affiliate Program, you are automatically enrolled as an affiliate when you subscribe to a paid QiEnergy.ai subscription. - Agreement to Terms:
Participation in the QiEnergy.ai Affiliate Program constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions (the “Affiliate Agreement”). - No Self-Purchasing or Proxy Purchases:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from subscribing through their own affiliate links or encouraging friends, family, or associates to do so to earn commissions. Such actions undermine the program’s integrity and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of commissions, and permanent expulsion. - Subscription Commission Structure:
Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on active subscriptions as long as the customer remains subscribed. Commission levels may be updated or subject to change, but will not fall below 20%. Certain subscriptions may have commission restrictions to maintain the exclusivity and premium status of specific offerings. - Earnings and Payments:
- Affiliates are eligible for payouts once they reach a minimum commission threshold of $100.
- Standard commissions are processed 45 days after the end of each month.
- Affiliates must submit a valid W-9 form to receive payments. For assistance with tax documentation, please visit the affiliate dashboard or contact support.
- Advertising and Compliance:
- Affiliate promotions must not include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, or unsubstantiated. Affiliates must comply with all national, federal, and state consumer protection laws and guidelines.
- Affiliates may not create webpages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of QiEnergy.ai. It must be clear that these pages are advertisements.
- Medical Claims:
Affiliates may not imply that QiEnergy.ai programs can cure, treat, or prevent any diseases or medical conditions. The use of the following terms is strictly forbidden: cure, heal, treatment, prevent, prevention, disease, diagnosis, mitigate, coronavirus, COVID-19, or any similar medical terms. - Negative Marketing:
Affiliates may not use negative marketing tactics. This includes reviews or content that use terms such as “scam,” “exposed,” or other negatively framed language. - Email Marketing:
All email campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations. Sending unsolicited emails or engaging in spam is strictly prohibited. - Prohibited Use of Content:
Affiliates may not copy, transcribe, paraphrase, reproduce, or use any videos or images from QiEnergy.ai without permission. “Before and after” photos or any other user content from the website or its videos are also strictly prohibited. - Use of Official Assets:
All images, videos, and content on QiEnergy.ai are copyrighted. Affiliates may only use approved materials to promote QiEnergy.ai subscriptions. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. - Prohibited Direct Checkout Links:
Affiliates may not send customers directly to a checkout page. Customers must be directed to the appropriate channels, such as the homepage, landing pages, or subscription pages, to ensure proper tracking and commission attribution. - Prohibited Search Advertising:
Affiliates are forbidden from bidding on search terms that include “Qi Energy” or any variations thereof on search engines. Affiliates may also not advertise prices lower than QiEnergy.ai’s standard pricing or offer bonuses or incentives for purchasing through their links. - Prohibited Platforms:
Affiliates may not promote QiEnergy.ai subscriptions on retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay), app stores (e.g., Google Play, iTunes), classified ad sites (e.g., Craigslist, Kijiji), or similar platforms. - Indemnification:
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold QiEnergy.ai harmless from any legal claims, investigations, or complaints arising from violations of these terms. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with advertising regulations and requirements. - Account Ownership and Transferability:
Affiliate accounts are non-transferable during the account holder’s lifetime. Upon the account holder’s death, ownership may be transferred to a designated beneficiary, pending submission and approval of proper documentation (e.g., Last Will and Testament). - Program Updates:
QiEnergy.ai reserves the right to update these terms and conditions or the commission structure at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are encouraged to review the latest program updates in the affiliate dashboard regularly.
